COURSE SUMMARY
The ESL for Healthcare Micro-Credential is an 8-week online program designed for learners at Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) Level 4/5. The course focuses on building the language and communication skills necessary to work effectively in healthcare-related settings such as pharmacies, medical offices, or hospitals.
Through interactive live sessions, self-paced Moodle modules, H5P activities, videos, roleplay, and real-world practice scenarios, students gain confidence using polite and professional English in workplace contexts.
Certification
Participants who complete all 32 instructional hours and submit all independent practice activities will receive a Micro-Credential Certificate in ESL for Healthcare Communication from Heritage College.
